Grant Application Webinar: FY23 Request for Proposals: Clean Water Act Section 319 Grant, Clean Water Act Section 205(j) Grant

The Nonpoint Source Program of the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality, Water Quality Division is pleased to announce that it is now accepting proposals for projects to be awarded under Sections 319 and 205(j) of the Clean Water Act. Both Section 319 and 205(j) grants support locally-led, voluntary projects that will address nonpoint sources of pollution to Wyoming’ surface and groundwater.  Section 319 grant funds are primarily directed towards “on-the-ground” watershed restoration or protection projects. Section 205(j) grant funds are available to local planning agencies (cities, towns, counties, and conservation districts) for projects that will complete water quality management planning activities including, but not limited to, monitoring, assessment, and watershed planning.
