Land Application of Hydrostatic Test Discharge Water
A Land Application of Hydrostatic Test Discharge Water permit is required when discharging uncontaminated water used during a hydrostatic test.
Wastewater reuse takes advantage of today's wastewater treatment technology to safely reuse treated sewage effluent to irrigate landscaping, public recreation areas, and various crops but must be permitted to protect human health and the environment. The permitting process for wastewater reuse is described in Chapter 11, Part H, which is available on the Wyoming Secretary of State website.
Incinerating or Composting Toilets
Permanently installed or non-self contained incinerating or composting toilets to the property will require a permit to construct. Permanently installed means that building materials would have to be modified for the installation or removal of the system. Portable incinerating or composting toilets, which are completely self contained, do not require a permit to construct.
