Public Notice: Environmental Quality Council Hearing, Rules of Practice and Procedure, Chapter 1

The Wyoming Environmental Quality Council (EQC) will consider proposed revisions to the Department of Environmental Quality Rules of Practice and Procedure, Chapter 1, at a public hearing to be held on November 6, 2018 in the Main Conference Room of the Wyoming State Library, 2800 Central Avenue, Cheyenne WY, 82001, commencing at 9:00 a.m. (MST).

The Wyoming Environmental Quality Council (EQC) will consider proposed revisions to the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality (WDEQ) Water Quality Rules and Regulations Chapter 27 at a public hearing to be held on November 6, 2018 in the Main Conference Room of the Wyoming State Library, 2800 Central Avenue, Cheyenne WY, 82001, commencing at 9:00 a.m. (MST).

Public Notice: Water and Waste Advisory Board, Water Quality Rules and Regulations Chapter 1
 
The Wyoming Water and Waste Advisory Board (WWAB) will meet on October 18, 2018, at 9:00 a.m. in Strausner Hall (SH) Room 207 of Casper College, 125 College Drive, Casper, WY 82601, Casper, Wyoming The public is invited to attend and comment on proposed rules presented to the WWAB for its consideration.
 
 
 
 
The Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality/Water Quality Division (WDEQ/WQD) is conducting public outreach related to upcoming revisions to Water Quality Rules and Regulations, Chapter 1, Wyoming Surface Water Quality Standards. The public is invited to attend and comment at two public hearings on September 24, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. in the hearing room at the Wyoming Oil and Gas Conservation Commission Building, 2211 King Boulevard in Casper and on September 28, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. in the ANB Bank Leadership Center Room 108 at the Clay Pathfinder Building of Laramie County Community College, 1400 East College Drive in Cheyenne.
