The Town of Cowley, in Cowley, Wyoming, will conduct a public meeting at 7:00 p.m. local time on January30, 2024, in the Town Hall at 21 South Division St, Cowley, WY. The public meeting will be held as a special Town Council meeting. The purpose of the meeting is to allow citizens to review and comment on the following project.

The project includes the design and construction of the Asbestos Cement Water Line Replacement Project which will replace approximately 6,000 ft. of asbestos cement waterlines within the Town limits with C-900 PVC water line. This project would include updating the old water valves, hydrants, and services in the impacted areas. This would allow for a higher level of water quality as well as a safer environment for the Town’s personnel.
