Step One and Two:
Fleet Information Form and Project Summary

  1. Please download and fill out the Fleet Information Form with buses meeting the criteria (VIN, Bus #, Engine Model Year, mileage, and specific bus type/configuration)
  2. Also, you will need to download and fill out the Project summary and budget chart – new vehicle or equipment form.

You will upload these forms with the application. You will be unable to submit your application without these two forms. 

NOTE For School Districts: According to Wyoming Statute 21-13-320(g)(i) it states that all reimbursements for transportation have to meet the vehicle replacement schedules set forth by the state. These replacement life cycles are found in Section 6 of the Chapter 20 Rules.
