DEQ releases Pavillion, WY Draft Report

Today, the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) released its Pavillion, Wyoming Area Domestic Water Wells Draft Final Report and Palatability Study.

This draft report is a result of the State of Wyoming’s continued investigation into drinking water quality concerns in the Pavillion area. 

“This draft report is part of an extensive scientific investigation to better understand what may be contributing to private water well concerns,” said Todd Parfitt, DEQ Director.   “This is a draft report and we look forward to input from the public which will further inform the agency as it completes its scientifically supportable final report.”

According to Parfitt, this draft report is available for review on the department’s website at: http://deq.wyoming.gov/wqd/pavillion-investigation/.  Comments can be submitted during the 90 day comment period (by close of business March 18, 2016) online at:
