Riverton, Wyo – On Tuesday, February 2, 2016, the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) and the Wyoming Oil and Gas Conservation Commission (OGCC) will host a meeting of the Pavillion Working Group in Riverton, WY.
At this meeting DEQ and OGCC will provide updates regarding their reports into the investigation of pits, well bore integrity and domestic water wells. DEQ released its draft final report and palatability study of domestic water wells in the Pavillion area for public review and comment last month. Opportunity for Working Group members and the public to ask questions regarding these reports will be provided.
The meeting will begin at 1:00 PM in the Inter-tribal Building, Wind River Room (Room 116) at Central Wyoming College, 2660 Peck Avenue. The public is encouraged to attend and will be given an opportunity to comment.
