Ownership Change Forms

Did you know that Ownership Change Forms should be filled out when facility acquisitions occur and/or company name changes take place? The Air Quality Division has attached the Change of Ownership Forms for Minor Sources and Title V Facilities below for your convenience. These forms need to be completed and mailed to the following address:

It is important to submit completed ownership changes in a timely manner as IMPACT portal users will not have access to newly-acquired facilities until the completed forms are received and processed.

Regional Haze Round 1 SIP Hearing

The Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality – Air Quality Division will hold a virtual Regional Haze Round 1 309(g) State Implementation Plan (SIP) hearing, specific to PacifiCorp’s Jim Bridger Plant, on September 14, 2022, at 2:00 pm MT. Interested parties may access the hearing virtually by registering at https://deq-wyoming-gov.zoom.us/meeting/register/tZYucuCgrD4vGtZ5Vp-8uR5pa8y7dtsDcXRW. All oral comments made during the hearing will become part of the administrative record.  Written comments will also become part of the administrative record if they are signed by the commenter and submitted to Nancy Vehr, Administrator, DEQ/AQD, 200 West 17th Street, Cheyenne, Wyoming, 82002, submitted electronically, or faxed to 307-635-1784, by 5:00 pm MT on September 30, 2022. Electronic comments may only be submitted by filling out the Public Comment Form provided at http://aq.wyomingdeq.commentinput.com/. Copies of the public notice and the proposed SIP are available for public inspection at https://deq.wyoming.gov/aqd/rule-development/proposed-rules-and-regulations/ or the Department of Environmental Quality, Air Quality Division, 200 West 17th Street, Cheyenne, Wyoming, 82002. Para español, visite deq.wyoming.gov.
