Todd Parfitt was appointed Director of the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality (WYDEQ) by Governor Matt Mead in October 2012 and subsequently reappointed in January 2019 by newly elected Governor Mark Gordon.

Parfitt served as DEQ’s deputy director and head of the Industrial Siting Division prior to his appointment. Earlier in his career, he was director of operations for BHE Environmental, a private environmental consulting company. The Director’s Office may be reached by calling 307-777-7937.
