Public Meeting Notice SRF Loan term discussion for the Dayton WW treatment plant project
The Town of Dayton, Wyoming will conduct a public meeting at 7:15 PM, local time, on April 4, 2022, in the Dayton Town Hall. The purpose of the meeting is to allow citizens to receive additional information, as well as to provide an opportunity for additional review and comment, on the Dayton Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements Project, for which a public meeting was previously held on February 16, 2022. Specifically, the additional information to be provided relates to the terms currently being offered by the Office of State Lands and Investments (OSLI) for a Clean Water Act State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) loan, those terms being a 30-year loan with a 2.5%interest rate and a principal forgiveness amount of 25% of the loan amount.
