The Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality has dedicated and hardworking staff that helps conserve and protect the state’s natural resources, while fostering economic development. DEQ encourages staff to be proactive, innovative, consistent, responsive, committed, and decisive. 

DEQ consists of seven divisions: Abandoned Mine Land, Air Quality, Administration, Industrial Siting, Land Quality, Solid and Hazardous Waste, and Water Quality.
