Proposed Rules
Water Quality Division periodically proposes new and modified rules in accordance with the Wyoming Environmental Quality Act. Some rules revisions are important to ensure that the State of Wyoming retains primacy in regulating sources of pollution as required by the Clean Water Act and Safe Drinking Water Act.
