Please use the table below to search for and download WYPDES permits issued within the last five years (2014 and later). Permits are named using the following format: "PermitNumber_CompanyName_IssuedDate." Use the search function to search by permit number, company name, or other keywords. The search function searches within the document name as well as within the text of the document. 

For copies of permits issued prior to 2014, please submit a records request at https://wydeq.nextrequest.com/.
